I've been to many tea houses in Portland, but Dobra Tea is by far the best! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the tea selection is extensive. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always make great recommendations. I love their matcha lattes and vegetarian options. Definitely a must-visit for tea lovers!
