I recently stayed at Azana hotels and I must say it was an average experience. The hotel was clean, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful. The room was comfortable enough, but nothing special. Overall, I would consider staying at Azana hotels again if I couldn't find any better options.
