I had a mixed experience with My Real Estate Genie. The website was user-friendly, but the customer support was lacking. The response time was slow, and the answers provided were generic and not very helpful. I expected better service considering the reputation of the company. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
