I have been a customer of Belize Condominium Association, Inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. There have been no major issues, but also no outstanding experiences. The property is well-maintained and the staff is polite, although sometimes a bit slow in responding to requests. Overall, I would say it's a decent place to live.
