I have been a customer of Zero waste pdx for several months now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While I appreciate their efforts to promote sustainability, there have been some inconsistencies in the quality of their products. Some of the items I received were not up to my expectations. However, their customer service is great, and they were quick to address my concerns and provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would say that Zero waste pdx is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
