I've been going to the Ymca of Lexington for a few months now and I'm really impressed with everything they offer. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of fitness classes to choose from, and the instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The Ymca is a great place to work out and I highly recommend it.
