The workshop organized by a local nonviolence promotion organization was informative and eye-opening. It provided a comprehensive overview of nonviolent communication and conflict resolution strategies. The facilitators were experienced and created a supportive atmosphere where participants felt comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. The interactive activities helped us gain practical skills that can be applied in various situations. Despite being a full-day workshop, it was engaging and never felt dull. I left the workshop with a renewed perspective and a toolkit of strategies to address conflicts peacefully.
