I recently booked a vacation with Giver viaggi&crociere and overall it was a decent experience. The customer service was satisfactory and the prices were reasonable. However, there were a few issues with the accommodations that were not properly communicated beforehand. While it wasn't a terrible experience, I expected a bit more considering the reputation of the company.
