I had a mixed experience with Haitong securities international securities group. Overall, I would rate them as average. Their website, htisec.com, is easy to navigate and provides comprehensive information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them several days to respond to my questions, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. I also felt that their fees were on the higher side compared to other similar companies. In conclusion, I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service and pricing.
