I recently had the opportunity to stay at a care facility, and I must say that the experience was disappointing. While the staff at Carlauren care was friendly and accommodating, the overall quality of care and amenities fell short of my expectations. The rooms were small and lacked proper ventilation, and the food options were limited and of poor quality. I appreciate the efforts of the staff to make my stay comfortable, but I cannot rate Carlauren care higher than average based on my experience.
