The customer service at Revnor is truly average. I have contacted them multiple times regarding various issues, and each time I was met with an unenthusiastic and unhelpful response. It's disappointing because I had high hopes for this company, but they have consistently underwhelmed me. I would give them a 2 out of 5 stars.
