I had a mixed experience with Leading Brands Inc. Overall, I found their customer service to be quite good. The representatives were polite and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I had some issues with the quality of their products. The items I purchased were not as durable as I had hoped, and I ended up having to replace them sooner than I expected. Despite this, I appreciate their effort to resolve my concerns and their willingness to listen to feedback. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
