I had a mixed experience with Jsm Property Management. While their customer service was excellent and they were prompt in addressing any issues I had, I found their rental rates to be quite high. The property I rented was well-maintained and in a good location, but I feel that the price was not justified. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
