I started attending fitness classes here a few months ago and it has been a game-changer for me. The trainers are experienced and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. The classes are intense and push you to your limits, but it's all worth it. The facility is well-equipped and always clean. The only improvement I would suggest is better ventilation in the workout area. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Fitness Lifestyle.
