I recently used Ameritech Computer Services, Inc. for my company's IT needs and I must say they did an average job. The service was good, although there were a few hiccups along the way. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, but it took longer than expected to resolve some of our issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
