I have been a customer of Biletyplus.ru for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of tickets and the booking process is smooth, I find their prices to be a bit higher compared to other ticket booking platforms. Additionally, their customer support can be a bit slow in responding to queries. Overall, I would recommend Biletyplus.ru if you can't find tickets elsewhere, but there might be better options out there.
