I recently started using renewable energy from Ruby Energy Solutions, and I have mixed feelings about their services. While the transition process was smooth and the website is user-friendly, I had some issues with the customer support team. The response time was slow and the assistance provided was not satisfactory. I hope they improve in this aspect to better serve their customers.
