I have mixed feelings about Channelware. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been times when my inquiries were ignored or took a long time to get a response. However, when they do respond, they are usually helpful. The pricing is competitive, but I wish their customer service was more consistent.
