I had an average experience with a shipping company for my recent shipment. The service was decent, but there were a few areas for improvement. The customer service team was responsive, but it took longer than expected to resolve some issues. Additionally, the packaging of my shipment could have been better, as there was some minor damage. Overall, it was an okay experience.
