I recently used the click-and-collect service of a certain company. The service was good, but I felt that there were some areas that could be improved. The process of placing an order was easy and convenient, and I had no issues with the collection. However, the website could be more user-friendly, and it would be great if they could offer more options for customization. Overall, it was a decent experience.
