I recently used this trucking company for some transportation services, and I must say they were pretty average. The website was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information about their services. However, the customer service was just okay. The representative I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, but didn't go the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer. The actual delivery of my goods was on time, but I noticed a few minor damages on the packages. The drivers seemed professional, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They did the job, but they didn't exceed my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable trucking service, they will get the job done, but don't expect any extra frills.
