I recently ordered a pendant necklace from Harel jewelers and it arrived on time. The necklace is pretty, but I expected the chain to be more durable. It feels a bit fragile and I'm concerned that it might break easily. The pendant itself is lovely, but I wish the chain was of better quality. I haven't experienced any issues with the customer service or delivery, so that's a plus.
