As a customer, I found the website to be a bit challenging to navigate, and it took some effort to find the information I needed. The product range seemed somewhat limited compared to other similar companies I've dealt with in the past. However, I did appreciate the clear pricing and shipping information provided. The customer service was polite but not particularly knowledgeable about the products. Overall, my experience was average. I hope the company focuses on improving the user experience on the website and expanding their product range to better meet customer needs.
