As a customer who recently used the services of this company, I found the experience to be average. While the website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, it lacked a certain modern touch and felt a bit outdated. The company's communication was timely, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing updates and checking in throughout the process.

The event planning itself was decent, but nothing exceptional. The team did a good job of executing our requirements, but there were a few minor hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with more attention to detail. Overall, the event was satisfactory, but it didn't leave a lasting impression.

While "A meeting by design" is a reliable option for event planning, I believe there are other companies out there that offer a more innovative and memorable experience.
