I recently used the services of this company when I was looking for insurance options. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the variety of insurance products offered. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness. It took a while to get a reply to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. While the overall experience was average, I would have liked to see more prompt and efficient communication from the team. The products and pricing were decent, but the customer service aspect could definitely be improved to enhance the overall experience.
