I recently worked with a local accounting firm based in Austin. While their website, customer service, and initial consultation were all positive experiences, I found that the communication during the engagement was not as strong as I had hoped. The services provided were average at best, and I feel there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and timely follow-ups. On a positive note, the team was friendly and accommodating, and the initial impression was professional. However, I believe that with a bit more focus on client communication and delivering on promises, this firm has the potential to excel. Overall, 😐.
