As a parent, I was hopeful about the potential of this service. However, I found my experience to be quite average. While the staff seemed knowledgeable, I felt that the waiting time was longer than expected and the overall atmosphere of the office was not particularly welcoming for children. I also wished for more personalized attention during the appointment. On the positive side, the website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about child eye care. Additionally, the location was convenient and the office was clean. In the end, I believe this company has promise but could benefit from improvements to enhance the overall experience for both parents and children.
