I recently purchased a piece of jewelry from this company and the process was smooth and efficient. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection to choose from. However, I found the communication from the company to be a bit lacking. I had some questions about the product and it took longer than expected to get a response. The shipping was also a little slower than I had hoped for. Overall, the product I received was of good quality and I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there were a few areas where the company could improve their customer service.
