I recently purchased a few items from this company's website and I must say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the products I received. They looked beautiful on the website, but in person, they felt a bit cheap and poorly made. The customer service was average as well. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, but they didn't go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The shipping was also average, taking a bit longer than expected. Overall, I feel like this company has potential, but they need to work on improving the quality of their products and the level of customer service to truly stand out in the market.
