Poor customer service, worst bank service

Poor customer service, you will be disappointed calling them, experienced neither single time nor only for myself. I'd have explained about it more, but I don't think it's necessary, you will understand yourself when you face them.

2nd thing, most of their ATM has damaged taka (cash), and to fix it you gotta to their branch, you going to do that? People using lots of ATMs and with several time table, but only for a note you must go to their branch with office time. Better avoid their ATM too.

They are too slow, activating account, activating online banking, etc things. Opening new account may add more trouble, they might limit your account for 1 lac only in a month for transaction, when you'd have known it you gotta go to their branch again.

Basically, they are like old bank which used to be in 90s. Better avoid it.
