I had a mixed experience with Millennium Torque & Tensioning. While their customer service was excellent, I had some issues with the quality of their products. The team was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. However, the torque wrench I purchased started to malfunction after a few weeks of use. Despite this, they promptly offered to replace it without any additional cost. I appreciate their willingness to make things right, but I expected better quality from a reputed company like Millennium Torque & Tensioning. Overall, I would rate them as average.
