I recently used the services of this media consulting company and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the information I needed. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided some helpful insights, but I felt that there could have been more proactive communication during the process. While the end result met my expectations, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and follow-up. Overall, the company provided a decent service, but I hope to see more effort in enhancing client interaction in the future.
