I recently bought a faucet from this company. The overall experience was decent but there were a few hiccups along the way. The faucet itself is of good quality and looks nice in my bathroom. However, the installation instructions were not very clear and it took me some time to figure out how to install it properly. The water flow is smooth and I haven't encountered any leaks so far. While I am happy with the product, I think the company could improve the installation instructions to make the process easier for customers.
