I purchased a bracelet from their website and it arrived in good condition. The design is elegant and it complements my outfits nicely. However, I found the clasp to be a bit flimsy and it sometimes comes undone on its own. I had to take it to a local jeweler to get the clasp fixed, which was an additional cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the bracelet, but the clasp issue was disappointing.
