My experience at New Chicago Brewing Company was overall positive. The beer selection was good, with some unique and interesting options. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside was that it was a bit crowded, which made it difficult to find seating. However, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend trying it out.
