I recently purchased a watch from this company and overall I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, with a good selection of watches to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the watch I received. The strap feels a bit flimsy and the watch face scratches easily. It also took longer than expected for my order to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with my concerns. They offered to replace the watch or provide a refund, which was nice. Despite the issues with the watch, I appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
