I have been working out at a gym for years, but Scotts Valley Gym has really impressed me. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The equipment is modern and there is a wide variety of classes to choose from. I have seen great results since joining and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in the area.
