I had an average experience with a shipping company recently. The service was good overall, but there were a few minor hiccups along the way. The customer service team was responsive, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution for some issues. The shipment arrived on time, but there was some damage to the packaging. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would probably explore other options next time.
