I absolutely love the classes at T'ai chi foundation & the school of t'ai chi chuan! The instructors are amazing and the classes are extremely enjoyable. The combination of tai chi movements and deep breathing exercises leave me feeling relaxed and energized. The positive atmosphere in the classes is contagious. 😃
