I have been using touchvision.com for a while now and I must say that their service is not up to the mark. While the channel lineup is decent, the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. I have faced frequent buffering issues which are quite frustrating. The customer support team has been responsive in resolving my queries, but the overall experience has been disappointing.
