I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and get solar panels installed at my home. While the website was informative and user-friendly, my overall experience was just average. 😐

The customer service was decent, with prompt responses to my queries, but there were a few instances where the communication could have been clearer. The installation process was smooth, but the technicians seemed in a hurry to finish the job, which left a small dent on my roof. 💼😕

In terms of performance, the solar panels are working fine and generating the expected amount of electricity. However, the promised savings on my energy bills have not been as significant as I had hoped. 🏞️🔌💡

Overall, Solar United is an average company. They deliver what they promise, but fall short of providing an exceptional experience. If you are looking for a reliable option, they may be worth considering, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 😐
