I had a mixed experience with Orion Ghana. The website design was quite impressive, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. However, once my problem was escalated to a senior team member, they were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
