I recently purchased a tractor from Gibbsville Implement Inc and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products. However, I found their customer service to be just about average as well. Although the staff was polite and professional, they didn't go above and beyond to answer all of my questions or provide personalized recommendations. The pricing was fairly competitive, but I wasn't blown away by any special offers or discounts. The delivery process was smooth and efficient, but I expected a bit more attention to detail in terms of making sure the equipment was properly set up and ready to use.
