As a customer of Optix Dubai, I would rate my overall experience as average. While the website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found the range of products to be limited compared to other similar companies. The prices, however, were reasonable and competitive. The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time could be improved. Delivery was on time and the packaging was secure.
