I recently had an experience with Phreesia and I must say it was average. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process was smooth. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable and did not provide the assistance I needed. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
