I had a mixed experience with Brummo. While their website is well-designed and easy to use, I faced some issues with their customer support. It took them quite a long time to respond and the solution provided was not satisfactory. However, I appreciate their efforts in rectifying the situation eventually. The overall experience was average, but the product quality made up for it.
