I have to say that I'm impressed with the T'ai chi foundation & the school of t'ai chi chuan. The instructors are very skilled and knowledgeable. The classes are well-structured and engaging. I've been attending the classes for a few months now and I can already see the positive impact it has on my physical and mental well-being. Highly recommend!
