I had a mixed experience with this online retailer. The website was easy to navigate, but I encountered some issues with the checkout process. It took a while to get my order placed, and when I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were not very helpful. Fortunately, my order eventually went through and the products arrived in good condition. Overall, it was an average experience.
