I recently moved into a 1266 apartment and I am extremely impressed with how well-maintained the building is. The maintenance staff is very prompt in addressing any issues and the common areas are always clean and tidy. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
