I had an average experience with Acoustical Audio Designs. The website was simple to navigate, and the customer service was decent. However, the sound quality of the products was not as great as I had hoped. The staff was helpful, but not overly enthusiastic. Overall, it was an okay experience but I might explore other options next time.
